Your Virtual Private Server will be added to the custom monitoring system and if there is a trace of a problem, our skilled technical support engineers will be alerted immediately.

Weekly Backups

If you have a high–demand web site or a data–intensive web app, it’s mandatory to maintain a complete backup of everything. Still, setting up an auto backup system can be hard. This is why we offer you our Managed Services package – we take full responsibility to maintain a full backup copy of your VPS server, not only of your web sites and hosted content, but of all the custom configuration settings that you have added. Our backup scripts are run each and every week, preserving all the modifications that you’ve made during that period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server provides you with a virtually endless set of possibilities, you will often have to install additional software programs. And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can come in real handy. It’s an integral part of our Managed Services offer, which allows you to call for any of our expert sysadmins to install and configure any kind of software program and to fix any issue that you’re experiencing with your server.

The Managed Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an add–on for our KVM VPS Servers.
